On November 25, 2024, the Dalian Rainforest Irrigation Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Project steel structure building, undertaken by Shenyang Meituo Steel Structure Co., Ltd., was successfully capped. This steel structure Modular Building project is a key intelligent manufacturing upgrade project in Dalian, which can promote the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry in Lushunkou District and promote the revitalization of rural industries. The total construction area of the steel structure building project is about 29,000 square meters. It is expected that the annual output value will exceed 500 million yuan after it is put into production, and it will become the largest intelligent irrigation equipment production base in Northeast China.

The steel structure Modular Building project adopted a structural design combining portal steel frame and truss. The entire steel structure building reached 135 meters and the height reached 22 meters. Since the project is located in the coastal area, the air humidity is high, which brought challenges to the construction process. In order to ensure the quality of the project, we have taken a series of refined measures, including strict control of welding temperature, optimization of construction technology, and strengthening of quality inspection. The weld pass rate reached 100% in one time, ensuring the structural safety of the project.
