Steel structure factory building is an industrial building that uses steel as the main load-bearing component. Its load-bearing structure includes steel columns, steel beams, steel structure foundations, steel roof trusses, and steel roofs. The main body is composed of embedded parts, H-shaped/C-shaped steel columns, steel beams, purlins, and color steel tiles or composite panel roofs. According to structural strength, it can be divided into two categories: light and heavy, which have the characteristics of short construction period, low cost, disassembly, and environmental protection. Steel structure buildings have the advantages of lightweight, large span, and seismic resistance, and are suitable for scenarios such as factories, warehouses, and sports venues. The construction needs to be completed by qualified units, involving more than ten special inspections such as steel re inspection and weld seam testing. Daily maintenance includes regular cleaning, prohibition of structural disassembly and modification, anti-corrosion coating once every three years, and the use of high elasticity nanomaterials to enhance the waterproof and thermal insulation performance of the roof. The wall can be maintained using brick walls or composite panels, with both insulation and sound insulation functions.
Steel structure factory is a type of steel structure, which has the characteristics of short construction time, low cost, and convenient loading and unloading.
The steel structure factory building is mainly divided into the following five parts:
1. Pre embedded parts (capable of stabilizing the factory structure)
2. Columns are usually made of H-shaped steel or C-shaped steel (usually connected by angle steel)
3. Beams are generally made of C-shaped steel and H-shaped steel, with the height of the intermediate product determined by the span of the beam
4. Purlin, usually made of C-shaped steel, can also be made of channel steel.
5. There are two types of tiles, the first being single piece tiles (colored steel tiles). The second type is composite board. (There is foam in the middle of the two layers of tiles, which is warm in winter and cool in summer, and also has the effect of sound insulation.).
Industrial and civil building facilities constructed with steel are called steel structures
1. Steel structure buildings have light weight, high strength, and large span.
2. The construction period of steel structure buildings is short, which correspondingly reduces investment costs.
3. Steel structure buildings have high fire resistance and strong corrosion resistance.
4. Steel structure buildings are easy to move, pollution-free for recycling, and have good environmental friendliness.
5. Steel structure construction has low investment and is cost-effective.
6. Steel structure buildings are widely used in factories, warehouses, restaurants, sports venues, large markets, leisure vacation places, etc.
The steel structure factory mainly refers to the main load-bearing components composed of steel. Including steel columns, steel beams, steel structure foundations, steel roof trusses (the span of the factory building is relatively large, and most of them are now steel structure roof trusses), steel roofs. Note that the walls of the steel structure can also be maintained using brick walls.
Due to the increase in steel production in our country, many have started to adopt steel structure factories, which can be further divided into light and heavy steel structure factories.
